Dietarian / Authentiko

Dietarian is yet another 60 Morris establishment, a cloud kitchen that has sprung up a slew of new dining options, mostly available via delivery (although some you can pick up).  I've reviewed the 60 Morris operations extensively before, so I'll leave those details out this time, and focus just on the single business: Dietarian.
"Dietarian is a Modern Mediterranean Food Concept that is crafted around the healthiest ingredients and flavors. Our food is both healthy-promoting and absolutely delicious. We serve the most balanced dishes like the favorites Sautéed Prawns Plate and the Keto Kebabs, but also pride ourselves on our chef inspired healthy bowls and specials."
Dietarian seems fairly healthy, with a menu of salads, bowls, and soup, all with mediterranean flair.  The menu is pretty boring to me, really, not the style of food I go for.  But there is one item, and one item only, I was eying.  The flan.  Yeah, yeah, of course the only thing I'm interested from at a healthy place is the dessert.  And they only offer one dessert.

But then there is "Authentiko", another 60 Morris business Mediteranean offering.  Same founder.  Different-ish menu.
"Authentiko Is The Reminiscence Of The Most Original Mediterranean Tastes With A Distinct Modern Touch. Our Culinary Creations Will Bring Back To Your Table The Most Authentic Flavors From All Over The Mediterranean.  We Offer The Most Beautiful And Healthiest Food Experiences That Adds Value To Your Everyday Diets And Garnish Your Special Occasions. I think it is the Authentiko establishment that actually makes the flan for both storefronts, as they have a more extensive dessert list.

I had no reason to believe either of these places would make good flan, as they are all about health food, but hey, you know how much I like puddings, I had to try it out.
Flan Caramel. $4.50.
(Dietarian).
"Home made flan carame, berries." (sic) - Dietarian

"Homemade Flan Caramel topped with dried figs, vanilla Greek yogurt, and a homemade blueberries marmalade." - Authentiko

I can't say that the flan *looked* very good when I opened it up.  Some things ... just don't do so well for takeout!  It tasted better than it looked.

The majority of the container was the caramel flan, well set, and very sweet.  Decent depth of flavor, truly "caramel" flavored.  Great consistency.

I really appreciated the layer above the flan of Greek yogurt, with a hit of tartness, to offset the sweet flan.  I've certainly never had Greek yogurt topped flan before, and I wished there was more even.  Authentiko does serve another dessert that is just the Greek yogurt with toppings that I'd like to try sometime.

And then, various toppings.  There was one large hunk of dried fig, which added a nice chew, but also some fresh fruit - two slices of citrus that brought in acidity and juiciness, a slice of apple (or pear?), and the marmalade.  The marmalade was a bit tart, but mostly kinda sweet, and didn't actually go with the caramel flavor of the flan that well.

Overall, this was good, more interesting than just plain flan, although quite sweet.  I don't really feel inspired to get another though.

***+.

The $4.50 price from Dietarian was reasonable given how composed it was, but this same item is sold at "Authentiko" for $6.25.
